Wrap time!

I made a simple wrap for dinner last night. It’s easy to prepare and delicious!


* Khubs (Egyptian Pita bread)

*Sweet Corn – boiled

*Garlic chicken


* Mozzarella

*Green chilli

*Mayo with chilli flakes.


Take a pita bread and layer it with chicken and sweet corn. Add thinly chopped chilies on top (as per taste). And last, add the cheese on top. The cheese can either be on top or grated and mixed up. It also helps the ingredients stick together and prevent it from falling out while eating.

Heat it in the microwave oven for a minute.

Add the mayo on top.

Roll it and it’s ready to be eaten!
